Posterior day

So the holidays came and went and it's back to life as we know it. The past two weeks between Xmas and New Years I only worked 3 days. It was nice to sleep in and spend time with the family. I was fired up Monday night to get after it Tuesday. My head disagreed. I woke up with a terrible migraine. It stayed with me all day. I filled up the tank with Tylenol and hit the gym with high hopes.

585 for 3. Began to feel nauseous again....
675 for 1 and put down the second rep. I felt like I was having an aneurism due to the pressure so I bailed at 1. I haven't trained for 2 weeks so all in all this was a win lol.

I didn't want to scrap the workout so I proceeded with caution.
