Failed to get video on these days do to my brain always being EVERYWHERE Saturday morning. This is the one day that my training crew and the powerlifting team AND about 5 of my online clients are in the gym so the number of interactions and questions are really high. This puts my brain in a place where my workout is not a priority. Due to the lowsy day 3's I had the last 2 weeks intensity and drive were low on these days. It is set in stone though after today that next week will be a full de-load. I will do some basic movements like goblet squats and what not but it will not be anything intense of a workout. Back is still angry from yesterday, kids spring break is this week and we move, I think it is a perfect time to not have mandatory training sessions

Day 4 – Shoulders/ Upper accessories
A. Bentover rear flyes – 3x15 (head rested on incline bench):
B. Ultra wide overhead press – 4x10 (don’t try to go maximal effort on these):
