FB Front Squats 3 x 6

4 rounds: Fatbell swings x 10 banded super set with FB RDL's x 12

4 rounds: Glute bridge marches x 5 (longer hold 5 seconds) super set with core marches with foam roller x 5 (3 second hold)

Today was just the right amount of difficulty - food and water was not on par and didn't want to over exert myself.
