I am excited to integrate the new Shoulder Saver Pad. It's been calling my name and begging me to spend more time with it. Our athletes are using it in their training and are loving it!
I am trying to plan out my year and determine my goals and plan out a competition schedule. The time is nearing to start strongman event training once again.
