Bench day was a complete bust, Exercise Prescription: Bench Press, Doubled Monster Mini's (green), 2 board, 3x7-8: 295

Let's just say this was a joke, I attempted my first set with the 295 and only was able to do three rep's. I dropped the weight to 275, no luck finishing 7 rep's there and said screw it and went with 225 and barely got 7 reps against those dang green band's. Today was just a crap day, I also feel there may have been a calculation error with the weight that I needed to do.
