Everyone needs a goal. Personally I have been slacking on my diet lately, powerlifting will do that to a person. I wanted to be as strong as possible lately so I have not been watching what I have been eating at all. Sometimes it makes you feel crappy and look crappy.

I’m going on a personal mission for a bit, we will call this “Project Lean Out”. I know exactly what I need to do, it’s putting it to the grind, getting my ass organized with food preparation and getting myself under the bells more. With Christmas quickly approaching I can hear a whole lot of excuses coming so I am going to nip this mission in the bud asap.

Returning from the World’s having completed my goals only fuels me to be even better than I was yesterday. I will be starting my nutrition plan asap.  As soon as my body is up to it I will be getting some metabolic conditioning in utilizing my Kettlebells. My body is still feeling beat up from last week. When I think about how much weight I actually lifted no wonder I still hurt. I deadlifted over 400 lbs 6 times, 360 lbs twice in warmups plus all my other lifts. My CNS took a shit kicking that is for sure.

I am excited at the thought of seeing how much I can change the look of my body. Stay tuned for how I am doing and I will share my weekly meal plans as I go. Of course you will be getting all my crazy Kettlebell workouts as well. Want to follow along and or do this journey with me? Send me an email, together we can prevail.
