Leg day with Traci Tate is never a disappointment for me, it’s always different than what I’m used too, Traci  trains for BodyBuilding/Figure which is lighter weights, more volume. I always start out wow this is way too light let’s put some weight on then surprisingly enough after hundreds of reps I can feel the burn, “you know what I’m sayin”?

We were keeping it light today after the 6 hour Kettlebell Workshop and watching a football game in the sun yesterday, we were completely exhausted!

And that my friends was leg day, it’s all I had left in me, such a hot, busy weekend. Travel 9 hours to get here, unload 30 kettlebells Friday night and rearrange and clean the gym, watch Dave Tate kick Ken’s butt on a chest workout. Saturday a full day with the Kettlebell Workshop, then a football game & dinner. Sunday back to the compound for more training.

There is never a dull moment when we come to Elitefts to Live, Learn, Pass On, we always learn something new, lots of new things, meet more great people and get to spend time with our second family, the Elitefts Family.
