Rear delt swings 2x30x 60 rest

These days are short and sweet, but leave my upper body feeling pumped like a mother. I've never done push ups consistently, so I'm interested to see where this takes my bench.

The crucifix pull downs and rear delt swings (done chest supported on an incline) are new to me and are pretty sweet in getting a pump.
