Trail hike with 40 lb weight vest 35 minutes

THURSDAY
Treadmill 45 minutes

Back on track with getting one higher intensity conditioning day a week. My heart rate was up to 140. I dig trail hikes for conditioning because how can you beat a beautiful crisp fall day outside. Also got back to massage. Never under value massage. I was watching the nfl last night and they discussed how Russell Wilson gets a two hour massage five days a week. Man, would I ever love to have the money for that. I'm shooting for every other week until 4-6 weeks out from the meet, then it will be once a week.
