I won't be training for a bit so in the meantime, to make myself useful, I will share a leg, back, and shoulder workout I used from Julia for BB/off season pump.
Box squat – 5x6
Hack squat – 2x20, narrow, 2x20 wide
Leg curl machine – 4x8 with a slow eccentric
Walking Lunges – 3x amap wtd heavy, then drop the weights and do amap bodyweight, til good PUMPed.
Single leg leg extensions – 2x12 each leg
Single leg Calf Raises –3x10 each leg
