My shoulder has been tweaked pretty good for the past couple weeks. Shirt work has still progressed but I know it is only making it worse. Luckily I am coming up on two weeks out. I just need to ride this wave out and be smart. Monday night is usually my DE night but wanted to find something that didn't aggravate my shoulder.

Incline shoulder saver
Worked up to 225x5 for a couple sets but it made my shoulder scream so I shut down training for the night. It would prob have been more beneficial to just skip training all together but thats boring lol
