Friday was another raw bench day in the progression I'm running until my last week or so of training.

Last week I did an easy session with 275lbs for 6 sets of 2.

This week it was 275 for 6 sets of 3.

Everything went according to plan, and the work remained easy.

Finished up with 10 sets of 10 on the seated row machine.

Since I only have an hour of childcare at my gym (I can't wait until little man is ready for preschool) that was about all I had time for.

Just kidding by the way, I'll cry like a chick when he starts going to preschool.
