Another week in my raw bench progression.

This week, it was 275 for 6 sets of 4. The previous weeks were 2 and 3 rep sets, also for 6 sets.

The first couple of weeks were pretty easy, and I expected this week to be a little harder, since my raw bench is so low right now. Fortunately, I was wrong, and this week was the easiest. Looks like I am adapting nicely to the extra raw work. I've also noticed my shoulders and triceps thickening up slightly, as well as a couple of pounds on the scale, so it looks like I'm gaining a bit of muscle out of the deal. Good stuff.

After the bench work, I did 5 sets of 12 on the seated row machine, 4 sets of 15 rope pushdowns, and 4 sets of 15 face pulls
