Friday was a raw bench day, and my fourth week in the five week progression I'm running.

Just like all the other sessions, the weight was 275. This time, the goal was 6 sets of 5.

Made all the sets pretty easily. In fact I really expected them to be a bit harder. I'm definitely adapting to the increased workload, because I don't think I would have been able to get through this one a few weeks ago.

Moved on to the lat pulldown for 4 sets of 5, then a few supersets of face pulls and rope pushdowns.

Raw strength is coming along, hope it carries over to shirt work next week!
