Friday was a raw bench day at the local place.

I'm re-starting my usual raw bench cycle, starting at 275 for 6 sets of 2, which will cycle up to 6 sets of 6 over the next 4 weeks.

The first 5 sets were easy, so I kept going on my last set, hitting 6. The last rep was a little tough but clean. As I increase the volume over the next few days, this should wind up being much easier as the volume increases.

Finished with 4 sets of machine rows, shrugs, triceps extensions and cable face pulls.
