Another raw bench day, this time with 6 sets of 3 at 275lbs.

The first 5 sets were easy, so I decided to bump the weight on the last set to 315. Got all my reps, but it was pretty hard, lol. After a full cycle with a pinky on the ring grip, my close grip is lagging a bit. Not gonna sweat it though, Since I'm a month out from a meet, the priority is shirt work, so this raw stuff is just for the extra volume.

After the bench work, I was a little pressed for time, so I supersetted rope triceps pushdowns and face pulls for 5 sets of 15.

Coming along nicely for the meet!
