Continuing on with the raw close-grip cycle.

I was scheduled for 6 sets of 4 at 275, with the possibility of working higher either in weight or reps at the end.

Warming up to 275, I didn't feel great, and to compound it, I let one of the gym bros work in between my sets, and had to listen to him drone on about why he was benching 100lbs less this week than last.  Even though I knew I wasn't at my best, I got through the first 5 sets without a problem. I decided to push the reps on my last set and got 8 (on more than the last time I pushed the reps on this). So despite not really 'feeling it" It was at least a good day on paper, lol.

Finished with 4 sets of 10 on the row machine, then supersetted rope triceps pushdowns and face pulls for sets of 15.
