Bench has been picking up fast. Feeling more comfortable each week with a closer grip (much closer). Squats again are a frustration. After relearning how to squat, and transitioning from high to low bar, it took almost 6 months to get back on track. Working with a different coach now demands for different cues. I'm relearning the squat once again. I turned to Casey the other day and told him "I have a feeling my bench will go up and my squat will go down", opposite of what my previous training cycle was.
Keep telling myself stay the course, learn something and have it all. 400 squat. 200 bench. Stay. The. Course.
