Been feeling pretty beat up lately, I didn't train yesterday and due to work schedule don't train on Thursdays, so today was another off day. Over the past month I've been pretty lazy with stretching and mobility work. My back has been bugging me and my elbow from all the heavy bench reps. So, today I got a deep tissue massage. I'm lucky that we have a really, really good massage therapist who trains at The Strength Lab. He's definitely good at what he does but rough on me.

I also finally spent some time doing some flexibility and mobility work, which I'm sure if I would have done a long time a go I'd be feeling good today. I (co)own and operate a sports performance gym, The Strength Lab, in Wilmington, Oh. The active dynamic warmup is probably one of the best things an athlete, or powerlifter could do for themselves. I will have to make a video of what we do, and quit being lazy in this aspect of training and actually do it myself on a regular basis.
