In light of the fact that I have several things hurting at the moment my recovery work needs to be greatly altered to account for my amount of whining.  I hope to do these things 3 days per week.

Quad and glute stretches

3 20 second stretches

rumble roller on glutes and hips

2 sets of 10 up down passes

regular elitefts roller on quads and itbs

2 sets of 10 up down passes

1 30 second hold on mid quad area

lying leg raises on side and back

2 sets of 10 each

wall slides

lacrosse ball on delts

stick on forearms

wall slides

peck mobs
