I have spent the past three days prepping for this weeks heavy squat   work.  I have to do 3 singles at 650 this week and 2 at 670 next week.    massage and stretching having been done multiple times per day.  I don't have time for massages at the chiro so I picked up a shiatsu massage pillow.  It's a beast.  I can sit in my recliner and let the pillow mangle my beat up left quad for 10-15 minutes a day.  It really loosens up my it band and hip when I'm done.  I recommend it for anyone that needs something but doesn't have time for the other stuff.  After I hit the pillow I have been doing 2-3 quad and hip stretches for 10 seconds each.  Tomorow will be fun!!!
