Was so stoked for deadlifts, the atmosphere was gonna be good and we had a lot of strong lifters in today. I got a head of myself and sloppy during my main pull so I squeezed out a 4RM even though it was supposed to be a 5RM. Bad news it was not a PR, I actually did this exact weight last training cycle around the same time, the good news is it moved much better from the new stance and it still reassures me I am on track for a 680+ deadlift.
