Reminder

Emotions are temporary. The thing I fear is time spent with that emotion (duration and avoidance). Coming to terms with what you don’t have control over is important. Realizing what you have control over is what will help you towards the alternative - reaction and personal responsibility. 

The world does not revolve around you. What I mean by that is time will not stop. No one is more important than another. Your emotions are yours to handle. Be better for it. Learn something you need to work on because of it.
