My day started with a bunch of peer reviews for pharmacology, some client work, and a just a little bit of some relaxing time.
I went to yoga last night (GASP, she stretched!) and honestly it felt good to be in the studio. Maybe it’s all those essential oils or shutting out the outside world - but either way it was rewarding and I signed up for the month since I’ve been feeling extra tight in my hips and shoulders. It’s a challenge and a form of self care I can get behind.

Anyways as for deads tonight, I felt a little off going into it, but no pain so I wasn’t too worried. Ended up being a good day, working up to 415. I ran the mono for Seth while trying to get warmed up. We’re trying to figure out the best way to train together when he’s doing dynamic effort work and needs to do a set on every minute. So far it’s been just letting him go first, run the rack while I try to get set up in 20 second intervals. It’s working ok so far.

Tried doing some other accessories but my back was feeling off. Opted to do a Donnie upside down hang thing instead and felt way better after.
