I spend all day moving equipment and painting the new gym, so I was exhausted by the time I was able to train. I had a feeling going into the workout that it would be rough. I was right, it could have been worse, but it wasn't my best work. I made sure to hit all the accessory work pretty hard, so that it wasn't a waste of time.
