Hadn't slept in days.
Ate very little due to stress and work.
I thought I could push through the lightheadedness and nausea but I only made through squats, before I a; most passed out and I had to go to work. Good thing I had a good friend that took care of, fed me and got me to work on time, Good friends are hard to come by.
