This bar came straight out of the Elitefts S4 Compound. Dave suggested I use it to build my back for the 21 deadlift salute in March at The Arnold Classic. This bar sits higher and pitches you forward and really puts a lot of strain on your back. It should be a great tool to help my continue to build my deadlift. On my squat day I have been rotating this bar, the Elitefts Safety Squat bar, and Squat mornings with the rackable cambered bar.

The day after this my hamstrings, back and abs were all sore. Despite doing hardly any accessory work.
