Everyday I notice little things that I have not been able to do for months, like undoing my own bra, taking off my own shirt and reaching up to shut the hatch of my SUV.
That is progress and I realized one thing in the past 5 months, that we sure take a lot of things for granted. Take away one arm and all of a sudden everything we did from the simplest tasks of doing our hair, opening a can or typing become non existent.
Each day I train I get stronger and notice things are quickly progressing. Working hard and sticking to the plan is necessary post surgery. Today I hit some milestones with my rehab and it feels great.
