The good- none of these felt heavy

The bad- I was shaky as shit through every rep. This is the same issue that started the last week of meet prep for BOBV.

Diagnosis- my psoas is still tight. I need to get back to the RPR methods that saved me last time- belly breathing and digging at the psoas.
