Back in business.
Warmed up inappropriately by getting under the bar with 145 (and nothing prior). It turned out to be a great squat session either way. As Louie says, "no warm ups in the jungle."

Technique felt great and speed was good. I need to work on flattening my feet out or "rooting" better. I noticed I'm on my heels too often. And I need to arch harder through my mid back to keep tension. Other than that, improvement.
