On my IG post I commented that "I haven't graduated from 5 plates yet," which actually mirrored what Goggins posted recently: sometimes you can repeat a weight. You don't have to go up every week.

I felt like I could have been better with 5 plates last week, so I cut out some reps- I opted for doubles instead of sets of five to focus on technique then threw a set of 10 at the end (a little fifth set style).
