First time trying 1-1/4 squats - verdict is they blow. I'll shoot for two sets at 365 next week or some triples at 4 plates.

Pause leg press felt strong. I'll continue to push that.

Leg curls and Hanging leg raises- I was cramping like a mother. I thought maybe I wasn't hydrating properly but I got my blood work back and my counts are all fucked up so I'm just assuming my muscles aren't getting fed.

Single leg RDLs I just kept the weight in my right arm to avoid any undue stress to the left shoulder.
