Wraps 600x1 - this was painfully slow, and to be honest, I was just scared. I took it again and hit it for 2x3 with better speed and technique. But overall it's still a "C" at best.

Goblet squats (F you Jim Wendler) 100# 5x15

After hearing Jim speak at the Sports Performance Summit, I was inspired to get back to basics. I chose goblet squats after he talked about how much success his high school football players were having building their squats, their GPP, and upper back strength using goblet squats. And these fucking blew. I couldn't breathe and my biceps were killing me (because I train them about once a month).

Leg press- unilateral- 5x10 heavy

Sunday I came in and pulled the sled, backwards, for some recovery.
