SSB squats in single ply briefs

The goal here was to engrain lower body technique meaning get my hips into the position that I want for my squat and hammering that home. Mission accomplished for today. Secondary goal was to force myself to generate and maintain tension in my mid and upper back- which is why I grabbed the outside of the SSB opposed to using the handles. I was able to do this 'well' for about half the reps. As I fatigued it went to shit.

145-235-325 x6 --positioning was really terrible on this so I switched to some light zerchers 235 2x8
