Squats felt pretty good. 315 was heavy-ish, but moved well. Every week as I progress I don't think I'll have  a day where the weight feels light. At some point that will be the case, but not for a good while.

Bench on the other hand doesn't feel heavy but I burn out so fast. 225 for 5x5- every fifth rep was significantly slower than the others.
