Each class is completely different and it’s a fun way to incorporate different movements other than your typical yoga class.
I was able to get a couple of clips so you can see exactly what sculpt and flow is. This class I do 1 x week. Once I start up lifting again, I’ll go back to a yoga flow. It’s always helped with recovery and challenges me mentally/spiritually.
