"Train as much as necessary, not as much as possible."
Finding minimal effective training to improve performance rather than maximum amount that can be tolerated.
This is the goal for any athlete that's been competing for years - to decrease the work. You start to filter things that no longer serve you. Train smarter, not harder.
Put your recovery first aka sleep and nutrition.
