I've put on a Metal bench shirt a few times since December for technique and form work.  Last meet was the only meet I've done since having my tricep tendon reattached and my press was 100 pounds under my previous bench PR. I'd like to see if I can get strong enough for a small bench PR next meet. For that to happen I'm going to have to keep up on my shirt work but not overdo it.

bench - wore Metal M single ply bench shirt

worked up to 405 for 5 doubles

chest supported barbell rows

185 for 5 sets of 8 reps

standing military press with angle bar

135 for 5 sets of 12 reps

band extensions

light band for 3 sets of 20 reps

Weight moved well today and my form was on point. Using the single ply shirt as a training shirt allows me to use lighter weight but work the form required while wearing a shirt. I'll compete in the Metal Ace bench shirt. singlets-home
