Shoulders: I's,T's, Y's, 100 reps total

  • Circuit: lateral /front raises/ rear delt ( sets 25/15/12/)
  • barbell press 65x4x8
  • Band pull aparts 3x30

Back: 5x6 pull ups

  • Wide grip late pull downs 3x25
  • Chest supported close grip row 3x25
