- Circuit: lateral /front raises/ rear delt ( sets 25/15/12/)
- barbell press 65x4x8
- Band pull aparts 3x30
Back: 5x6 pull ups
- Wide grip late pull downs 3x25
- Chest supported close grip row 3x25
