Long days... anyone have long days that roll into the next week? Well this has been the case for months now and I wish there was a guide on how to deal with STRESS!? Lots of stress. Just when I think  I got it under control the worst happens.  Hold onto your family tight. You never know when the worst can happen. I love my family and I wouldn't be who I am without them. They have taught me all I know. I love them with every inch of my heart. Dang it if the world is so cruel. I'll never understand it. I am tired so tired and can't sleep. Some go to sleep to get rest and some sleep for peace.  I just need some peace.  Be thankful for your health and love hard on those you love.
