I always regret asking Bethany or Shannon to design our training program for the night I say that with the utmost respect for them but holy crap it's hard. I thought I was a tough coach but they really dig deep and pull out our weaknesses.

1 Min Pushups
1 Min Wall Sits
2 Min plank finishers
Thankfully we ran out of time to finish the other two rounds. This was tough and really worked on our metabolic conditioning. Thank you Bethany for your own design.
