On Monday's the girls squat and the boys deadlift, and since I'm injured and ya'll know how much I hate deadlifting, I definitely am not pulling so it is no sweat off my back.

The positive thing out of all this especially for my girls, they will 100% have my undivided attention on Mondays. It's fun to watch the girls develop over days, weeks, months and even years. Most of them when they first walk in here can't even squat their own body weight and in time not only are they squatting their body weight, double their body weight or may even triple. Seeing their confidence grow makes me smile. So for the next 12 weeks they are going to be getting all of me and I'm sure I will be smiling just as big at that meet when this training cycle is over.

Now for the boys, well for the ones that are attending and coming, they will be deadlifting and I will probably be yelling and screaming at them. Unfortunately I only have a handful of real men to train. Those select few are battle tested, have experience and are still hungry. The others, they are either home being lazy, stuck between their 12th girl friend of the years legs, faking an injury, who knows, I am only focusing on the people that are here.

After everyone was done with the primary movement I joined in with some supplementary movements and here is what I did
