I benched relatively heavy on Sunday at elitefts and today I benched straight bar, straight weight for 8x3 and 2x5. I usually prefer to do my dynamic effort benching with the shoulder saver vs bands. I just don't want to get in to a habit of using the shoulder saver too frequently.

Bench Press: - Warmed up with 4-5 light sets

Working sets 295 lbs for 8x3 . I planned on doing 10x3 but was feeling really good and my lest 2 sets were for 5 reps, all the same speed.

Accessory work: I have been trying hard to add a little more volume to my back and shoulder work.
