Despite my back being wrecked my upper body has felt great. I speed pressed with the elitefts shoulder saver vs mini bands doubled over

I worked up to 315 x 10 sets of 2 - they all moved really fast.

After todays workout I decided that I think triples are way better for speed work, atleast for upper body. I really have no problem keeping the same bar speed on the third rep. As opposed to adding more weight for a double, my bar speed tends to really slow down. So, I think i'll primarily stick with triples for speed bench.

- Side note- I did a dynamic effort upper day at elitefts not to long ago and Dave had them doing 10x5 for their speed press. I may mess with some higher volume.
