APF State meet December 15, 2019

Training

We are now closing out the second Phase of Conjuphasic and my left shoulder is not cooperating very well. Not sure what it is yet but it is affecting my bicep so curls do not happen on DE day anymore and today front delt raises were not going well nor was Seated OH Press. So there is always a solution to the problem, instead of skipping I stood up for Front raises as the angle I was in put too much strain on front delt and seated OH Press I just dropped weight and slowed down my tempo to make sure there was no pain and I was snot causing further issues.

As mentioned in some previous posts' Ibeginningging to take this day in particular more seriously. Upper DE day has proven to make me feel great rolling into the rest of the weekend and USUALLY alleviates and nagging aches and pains from the previous week. I do not get to do DE Upper this coming weekend due to being out of town but we are rolling into a De-load so it will work itself out.

*Close Grip Shoulder Saver Bench 5x3:  (275)
*Incline DB Bench Press 3x12: 80
*Seated shoulder Press 3x10: 50 (Pain)
*Incline DB Front Raises 3x12: Needed to stand (pain)
*Bent Over rear Delt. Flies 3x20: 20
*Spider Curls 3x15: SKIP
