Still not sure what meet I'm planning on doing next. Looking at Lexen Summer Slam in June or September at River City Barbell. I'd like to do either, not sure if June gives me enough time to get ready and I'm on vacation 2 weeks before the meet.

Tonight I pulled vs 2 elitefts average bands from a deficit.

I hit a handful of warmup sets, and my working sets were:

2x2 @ 225
3x2 @ 275
3x2 @ 315
2x2 @ 365

The deficit made it a little tougher than normal at the top, but I usually like training with some pretty heavy band tension at the top. It doesn't really tax my nervous system too much and I like the feeling of the heavy weight in my hands at the top.

4x5 straight leg deadlift at 185lbs. I did these last week and was pretty sore from them, so I figured it would be a good thing to throw in a little more often.

4x8 glute ham raise

5x10 standing abs.

The back is feeling better, I plan to get a massage this week and test out where I'm at a little bit next week to help decide what meet I want to do next.
