7 Weeks Out from XPC Finals @ The Arnold Classic

Thursday I did my second week of speed bench (floor press) - I still feel like crap from squatting Tuesday and just tried to get through the session and get the work in. I'm frustrated with a lot right now in general but I know I need to take control of my perspective and situations and work to find ways to get more rest physically and mentally.

Last week I did 275lbs for most of my speed sets, followed by 2 sets of 305lbs. This week I did all 8 sets with 285lbs.

A. ShouldeRok Swings - 3x12 each side

B. Incline Reverse Grip Dumbbell Bench - 3x12 w/ 60lb dumbbells

C. Floor Press - 8x3 w/ 285lbs

D. Seated Cable Row (neutral grip) - 5x10

E. Seated Clean/Front Shoulder Raise - 3x10 w/ 30lb dumbbells

F. Incline Tate Presses - 3x10 w/ 60lb dumbbells

G. Dumbbell Curls - 3x15
