Great training session. Super hot outside which makes my joints feel so , so , good.

No one was around to run the monolift, therefore I had to improvise. The belt squat tapped out earlier than I wanted but it was fine for speed.

  • 10 doubles back and forth from pulls to belt squat no breaks in between.
  • Reverse hypers superset with "out and UPS"
  • 50 continuous leg curls 20lbs ankle weight
  • 50 continuous leg extension 10lbs ankle weights
  • Abs- 3x10 heavy oblique bends/ 3x10 weighted straight leg sit ups

Video of what my Out and UPS are. Helps me push my knees out from the hip while starting in a low position.

My cardio each week: Enough to keep me sane and its all the time I have to get in the gym and get these extras in.

  1. Two 20 min spin bike session - because my knees thank me and I love biking.
  2. One interval circuit- could include prowler or sled
  3. One recovery pool swim - this is must to keep overall inflammation away
