I was pressed for time between training sessions. My go to when I have less than an hour is always speed work. I have a hectic schedule, so sometimes you have to make due.

Speed Deadlift
-10 min warmup, mobility and worked up to 315 with average bands

Working Sets:
315 plus average bands 10x2 and 1 x 5

I probably should have done another higher rep set at the end but I was pretty smoked. I'm not in that great of shape and I did the 11 sets in 12-13 minutes.

I am a really big fan of higher rep deadlifts vs bands if you are trying to work your grip and. or smoke your glutes and hamstrings. There are very few things that hit my glutes like that.

Accessory work:
3 rounds:
50 yard sled drag
50 yard farmers walk
10 ab roller

That's about the extent of the conditioning work I do. It was still a great workout for 45 minutes of work.
