Wednesday was a speed deadlift session. The previous week was a mess, having beaten the crap out of myself on deficit pulls over the weekend. This time however was pretty good. I don't feel 100% yet (do we ever?) but way better than last week.
I pulled 315 for 6 singles. I did these wth no belt and a double overhand grip (no hook) since I am trying to address both abdominal and grip strength. All of them moved fast. Not as fast as if I had used a belt and gone over-under, but fast enough.
Finished with 4 sets of 12 glute-ham raises and 4 45 sec planks.
